Winds of Change in the Boardroom: Risk, Opportunities and Emerging Trends.
New York, NY
Please join the NACD New York Chapter on March 26th for our luncheon program “Winds of Change in the Boardroom: Risk, Opportunities and Emerging Trends.”
Our panel, all keen observers of the corporate governance landscape, will engage in a wide-ranging discussion, sharing their vision of what lies over the horizon for Boards, and offer seasoned, experienced advice on how to prepare.
Our panel of Jules Kroll, Tom Presby, and Susan Engel will predict the critical issues that Boards will likely have to address over the next few years, and will share practical advice on how Boards can respond to the immediate challenges of coping and agenda setting in the near term.
Topics will include nitty gritty items ranging from activism, cybersecurity, and proxy access, to risk management, talent management/development and strategic planning. From a "big picture" perspective, additional topics will span from the economic and geopolitical environment and changing demographics, to the competitive impact of innovation and disruptive new technologies.
Please join us as our panel engages in an interactive discussion with our members, sharing prognostications about what will be the most important future forces facing directors over the next few years, and what thoughtful directors can and should be doing today to best position their boards and companies to be prepared.
